At Aromalaya, we have a 7-days replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement in case of any manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Defect Product Replacement
For the product replacement process, you have to inform our team via email. The Aromalaya team will provide our courier facility address, you have to send your product along with your purchase bill to our facility address, or will schedule your visiting time. After testing the defective product and verification, we will dispatch your replacement product to your address.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
